Please read and sign agreeing to the following Puppy Buyer Agreement

Purpose

To ease the minds of both the Buyer and the Breeder, a written puppy Buyer agreement between Breeder and puppy Buyer clearly stating all obligations and circumstances is to be signed by both parties.

We at BellCoop Ranch could not agree more than a written agreement be made. Not only is this agreement for the puppy Buyer’s and Breeder’s peace of mind, but most importantly, it is an agreement that each party will always do what is right for the dog.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer understands that the puppy is “pet quality” we do not guarantee the puppy to be of show potential or a prospect for breeding. The puppy is considered a Standard Poodle, Moyen Poodle, F1b sheepadoodle, or F1b aussiedoodle by the DNA testing of the parents and/or puppy. The Buyer accepts the puppy as is.

Limited registration is given at the time of purchase, and we encourage you to register your puppy. This is an agreement that you will keep your puppy as a pet, and the puppy is not to be used for breeding by accident or on purpose without full registration agreed upon ahead of time. We highly recommend you have your puppy spayed or neutered.

BellCoop Ranch encourages responsible breeding of their puppies. Breeding and caring for puppies is a huge commitment, and we never want to see our puppies being used for breeding in an inhumane manner.

An additional fee may apply at the time of purchase for full registration.

The Buyer shall provide the dog with adequate food, freshwater, shelter, affection, playtime, and medical care upon sickness, disease, or injury. A board-certified veterinarian shall perform an annual examination and routine vaccinations.

Humane care and maintenance according to all current state, county, and municipal laws, and ordinances where the Buyer resides are recommended. The Buyer agrees to provide a fully fenced yard or other humane means of exercise. The dog shall not be kept on a chain or constantly left outdoors.

The puppy shall reside with the Buyer and not be used for purposes other than a household pet unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties before purchase.

The Buyer shall notify the Breeder immediately if the Buyer cannot keep the puppy. We will always take our puppies back if there is a situation that causes the Buyer to be unable to care for him/her for any unforeseen reason. We understand that sometimes hard times happen and are happy to take our puppies back and rehome them or keep them ourselves. No refunds or credits will be given.

The Buyer agrees that it is the Buyer’s responsibility to accept the puppy as described.

The Buyer understands and agrees that the nature of this breed requires grooming. Adequate grooming is required and will need to be performed routinely.

Having a groomer set up ahead of time is recommended. Starting your puppy early with a routine grooming maintenance schedule is recommended.

We ask that each puppy Buyer takes a few moments to read about the breed and ask yourself if this breed is right for you and your family. While we are always willing to rehome our puppies, we want the Buyer to understand having a Poodle/Doodle is a big commitment.

The Buyer understands that the Breeder is not responsible for paying any veterinarian exams, vaccinations, medications, or any other tests or service costs the Buyer elects to have done.

Breeder’s Obligations

The Breeder agrees to provide educational sources about the breed and will honestly describe the puppy before making the sale. The Breeder will not falsely represent the puppy in any way or give false health information about the puppy.

The Breeder may suggest a puppy to have show potential or be a breeding prospect, but we do not guarantee either.

The Breeder will answer any questions about caring for the puppy and any health information that needs to be provided from birth to 8 weeks or when the puppy goes to his/her forever home. We encourage that the Buyer has adequate knowledge of the breed and will provide basic care practices. We want to see our puppies in the future and welcome information about and photos of our puppies throughout their life.

The Breeder agrees to provide the first set of vaccinations and de-worming at ages 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks. The Breeder also agrees to provide a health examination by a board-certified veterinarian prior to purchase.

We also agree your puppy will come pre-spoiled at no additional cost to you. We give each puppy the best of care and hope you have complete confidence in us as your Breeder.

By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you fully understand every section of this agreement in its entirety and agree to abide by the Buyer’s obligations.
